1.Stay Active
Active Southern West Virginia
We could all use a little extra motivation to stay active and stay healthy right now. Active Southern West Virginia is a great resource for local trail information and their community captains are sharing videos encouraging fitness activities you can do from home. They also post fun weekly and monthly workout challenges to help keep you motivated.
Yoga
New River Yoga
New River Yoga Studio has been sharing classes on Facebook with videos to follow along from home. They will be offering classes online. There is a link to leave optional donations on their site.
Erin Larson Yoga
You can join a yoga class from the comfort of home. Erin’s Website is updated with classes to take part in live or watch a recording for later. There are links for leaving optional donations.
2.Get Creative
Wild & Wonderful Paint Parties
Kelley from Wild & Wonderful Paint Parties is sharing tips and instructions on how you can create an awesome acrylic paint pour with your kids at home.
3. Enjoy live music
The Station
To help support local artists The Station is hosting live streams on their Facebook page showcasing local musicians and culinary tips and videos. They will post information with a paypal link to help raise money for participating artists.
The Grove

4. Participate in Trivia night
The Southside Junction Tap House is hosting trivia night and you can join in the fun from the comfort of your house as they live stream Wednesday at 7:30pm.
5. Learn to Fly Fish
Join Fly Fishing West Virginia for a live chats and discussions about Fly Fishing in West Virginia! Learn about an “Introduction to Fly Fishing” with a focus on the things new fly anglers would want to know when entering the sport!

6. Take a nature moment
Take a nature moment with us. We will be posting fun activities like a nature scavenger hunt, foraging tips and hiking tips on the Visit Fayetteville page.
7. Shop local from home and join our #fayettevillestrong campaign
Shop online in some of your favorite Fayetteville shops. Warmer temperatures have us dreaming about summer. Now is a great time to start planning summer adventures and you can stock up on adventure gear while supporting our local shops. You can also snag a gift card to use in the future at one of your favorite restaurants in town. We appreciate you doing your part to help flatten the curve and protect our community.
