SO excited to welcome Abe Partridge to New River Yoga/Unfurl for a very special night of live music and storytelling.
If you haven’t experienced Abe Partridge before, this is one of those shows where you don’t necessarily need to know the music beforehand—you just need to come ready to listen.
Abe is a singer-songwriter, visual artist, storyteller and documentarian from Mobile, Alabama, with a way of turning the strange, beautiful, complicated parts of being human into songs and stories. His work is raw, funny, thoughtful, sometimes dark and deeply Southern.
He’s performed everywhere from NPR’s Mountain Stage to Nashville’s legendary Bluebird Cafe, toured throughout the U.S. and Europe, and created the fascinating Alabama Astronaut project documenting previously unrecorded music from Holiness churches throughout Appalachia.
American Songwriter has called him one of the most respected songwriters and visual folk artists in the Southeast.
And somehow, we get to have him right here, in our little town and in our little studio. 
This will be an intimate evening with Abe Partridge songs, stories and the kind of live music that is meant to be experienced up close.
