Fayetteville’s First Friday

Fayetteville First Fridays are back starting in June, but the format is going to look a bit different.

This year, the Fayetteville First Friday Committee is expanding the event footprint to better highlight the full downtown Fayetteville district and encourage visitors to explore multiple blocks and businesses. Their goal is to create a lively, walkable monthly experience throughout the summer—bringing together local businesses, artists, musicians, vendors, and the community.

This event will be art walk style through town!

  • Activities will be spread throughout the town
  • Court Street remaining open to traffic to allow for more parking and less congestion
  • Vendors will pair up with businesses and fill parking lots and outdoor spaces across town
  • More opportunities for collaboration between businesses, musicians, artists, and vendors

Pick up a Fayetteville First Friday postcard and you can earn prizes for supporting our local makers and bakers! Turn your card in at the Fayetteville VIsitor Center drop off box by the visitor center door by 8pm on Friday, June 5th.
