Smokey’s Slow Smoked Bourbon and BBQ Dinner

March 23 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Join us for a four course dinner featuring some of Smokey’s signature slow-smoked meats and bourbon pairings from WV’s own Smooth Ambler Spirits.
Start Time: 6:30pm. Doors open at 6:00pm.
Each course on this menu will be paired with a sample of bourbon from WV distillery Smooth Ambler Spirits in Maxwelton, WV. These bourbons were selected by the distillery to perfectly complement our menu!
Upon arrival, every table will have house-fried pork rinds and sharp cheddar corn muffins.
Course One – Appetizer: Herbed cream cheese stuffed jalapeno wrapped in hickory smoked bacon and a corn fritter cake with smoked salmon and garlic aioli. Paired with Smooth Ambler Contradiction
Course Two – Salad Trio: Cornbread salad, marinated heirloom tomato salad with cucumber, red onion with vinaigrette dressing, and broccoli cauliflower slaw. Paired with Smooth Ambler Contradiction Rye
Course Three – Entree: Smoked turkey with Alabama white sauce, smoked coffee-rubbed brisket with brown sugar BBQ, quarter rack of smoked baby-backed ribs served with mac n cheese, twice-baked potato, braised green beans. Paired with Smooth Ambler Old Scout
Course Four – Dessert: Peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream. Paired with Smooth Ambler Old Scout Rye Port Cask Finish.
