Wild Game Dinner on the Gorge

Join us for a truly unique dining experience at Smokey’s on the Gorge on Saturday evening, January 11th. We will be hosting an adventurous evening of dinning at our Wild Game on the Gorge Dinner. We will be serving a 6 course meal beginning at 6:30pm sharp, doors open at 6pm so come early and enjoy a craft beer at the bar!
Menu:
•Wild game cured meat platter paired with pickled vegetables, mustards, and jams
•Bison slider: ground bison with maple bacon jam, with a Swiss marinated tomato and arugula blend
•Deep fried frog legs with house made Cajun ranch dressing
•House made pretzels stuffed with smoked wild boar, poblano peppers, served with beer cheese made with local beer from a local distributor
•Wild Poussin (game bird) served with a red wine herbed Demi-glaze
•Cinnamon Roll with a Bourbon toffee glaze
