Join us to help plan for Wizard Weekend 2025! We welcome businesses, community members, volunteers, and wizard enthusiasts of all ages to help us plan for Wizard Weekend 2025?
Purpose:
Join us as we prepare for Fayetteville’s magical Wizard Weekend, happening January 24–26, 2025. This meeting is an opportunity for businesses to share their plans, volunteers to sign up for specific roles, and community members to contribute ideas to make this year’s event even more enchanting.
• Learn about this year’s planned events and ways to get involved. We need volunteers to help with vendor set up, our annual quidditch game, potion making workshop and more!
• Volunteer sign-up for various roles such as event setup decorating and take down, potion-making assistance, and quidditch coordination.
• Discuss decoration needs and recruit help for setting the magical scene.
• Brainstorm suggestions for new activities or improvements to existing ones.
