The 2018 Grist Mill Grinder will take place April 21st, 2018 at Babcock State Park.  Spots are filling up so early registration is encouraged. Registration is $50.

All registered runners will receive:

• The official race day tech shirt, unisex, wicking fabric
• Custom finisher medal
• Fresh fruit, pasta salad and homemade rolls at the finish
• An EPIC tour of Babcock State Park!
