This course is intended for experienced river guides and whitewater professionals looking to increase their knowledge and skills and be evaluated with IRF standards and global best practice. Most recently\, she completed her Chopra Yoga Teacher Training\, deepening her study of yoga as a path to whole-person well-being. She is also trained in meditation\, Yoga Nidra\, and restorative yoga\, and her classes invite students to slow down\, reconnect with their breath\, and restore balance to body and mind.
