Most recently\, she completed her Chopra Yoga Teacher Training\, deepening her study of yoga as a path to whole-person well-being. She is also trained in meditation\, Yoga Nidra\, and restorative yoga\, and her classes invite students to slow down\, reconnect with their breath\, and restore balance to body and mind. Shuttles to The Outpost start at 5:30pm and end at 12:00pm. \nAOTG and downtown Fayetteville have great shops\, restaurants and bars to enjoy prior to shows and The Outpost bar will open at 5:30pm with food trucks\, local brews / seltzers / wine / cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks in a beautiful setting with a communal vibe. \nOnsite Parking (Paid or with Reservations): UNLESS you buy a limited “Onsite Parking Pass” or have a reservation to stay at The Outpost\, parking must be at one of the above shuttle locations.
