High Fitness is FREE and POWERED by Active SWV Fitness. It is a fun class that incorporates interval training with pop music\, and intense easy to follow routines. HIGH Fitness produces a high caloric burn and full body toning through moves that alternate between cardio peaks and toning tracks. High Fitness can be modified to FIT your level of fitness- HIGH is for everyone! No equipment needed- just bring WATER! Check out our Facebook page! \nActive SWV requests participants and volunteers NOT attend group programs if experiencing any of the following. • Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19? • Are you experiencing a cough\, shortness of breath\, or sore throat? • Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours? • Have you had new loss of taste or smell? • Have you had vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours Regarding Community Captain Programs and groups of children: All Active SWV Community Captain programs are family friendly; children are invited to attend with the expectation of a parent/guardian ratio of 1 guardian adult to 5 children.
