Cultivating Presence and Strength blends mindful movement with reflection to support steadiness\, calm\, and emotional well-being.\n\nCydney Smith\n\nCydney Smith is a certified yoga teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience and a dedicated practice dating back to 1989. Most recently\, she completed her Chopra Yoga Teacher Training\, deepening her study of yoga as a path to whole-person well-being. She is also trained in meditation\, Yoga Nidra\, and restorative yoga\, and her classes invite students to slow down\, reconnect with their breath\, and restore balance to body and mind. In addition to teaching yoga\, Cydney is a well-being and holistic life coach through her business Spirited Nutrition. After a decade in the beauty industry\, she wanted to dive deeper.\nAs she’s expressed her love of making others smile\, she wanted to make their hearts smile as well.\nA few years later\, Denise received her Level II Reiki certification in 2010. Finally in 2014\, began the 200-Hour Ashaya Yoga Teacher Training program under Randy Boyd and completed in 2015.
