Anna is the author of Yoga for Paddling, and an international paddling, yoga and Ayurveda wellness coach. She empowers her clients to take charge of their wellbeing and confidence for the vitality and courage to follow their passions through all stages of life. She was voted Most Inspirational Outdoors Person in Best of the Blue Ridge 2017, and named one of the most inspirational paddlers alive by Canoe and Kayak Magazine. She is a brand ambassador for BIC SUP, Dagger Kayaks, Werner Paddles and NRS. Anna is the founder of mindbodypaddle.com and lives in Asheville, NC with her husband Andrew and their schnoodle Ceiba.
Morning:
9:30 – 10 a.m. Gentle movement to settle in for class.
10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Lecture on how the nervous system works and how our stress levels impact our digestion and therefore our energy and wellbeing. Strategies based in Ayurveda for bringing the nervous system into balance.
11:30 a.m. – Gentle movement into relaxation.
Afternoon:
1:30 – 1:50 p.m. Left side lying for proper digestion
1:50 – 3:30 p.m. Lecture on circadian rhythm and the power of daily and seasonal routine to transform the body and the mind to promote health and longevity.
3:30 – 4:00 p.m. Gentle movement into relaxation.
