Most recently\, she completed her Chopra Yoga Teacher Training\, deepening her study of yoga as a path to whole-person well-being. She is also trained in meditation\, Yoga Nidra\, and restorative yoga\, and her classes invite students to slow down\, reconnect with their breath\, and restore balance to body and mind. In addition to teaching yoga\, Cydney is a well-being and holistic life coach through her business Spirited Nutrition. She brings a compassionate\, integrative approach to support students both on and off the mat.
