Ways to get involved with Fayetteville’s Heritage Festival & 4th of July Celebration

Be a part of the Best Small Town 4th of July Parade

You are welcome to come to watch the parade, but we also invite you to be a part of the parade! The more the merrier, we encourage you to join in the fun. There are prizes for best-decorated float, ATV, and walkers. Fill out the form below to enter.4th-of-July-PARADE-FormDownload. The lineup is at the Fayetteville Presbyterian church at 4 pm, the parade starts at 5 pm on Saturday, July 3rd.

Participate in the Fayetteville 5k Fun Run/Walk

Join us on Independence Day weekend for this fun run/walk hosted by the Fayetteville Bicycle Pedestrian Action Committee, supported by the Town of Fayetteville, Active SWV, and Arrowhead Bike Farm. We will meet at the Fayetteville Town Park, Shelter 3 near the dog park, and follow the beginner-friendly trails behind the park, and the fitness loop. The course will be a mix of paved and dirt path. Pre-register online, and receive a t-shirt on race day. Day-of registration will be available between 7:30 am – 8:15 am prior to the race start. T-shirts are not guaranteed for day-of registrants. The run/walk will begin at 8:30 am.

We still have a couple of spots for 4th of July Vendors. Vendors will be set up downtown on July 3rd and at the Charlie McCoy Park( Fayetteville Town Park) on July 4th.
