Desirae Ellison

My yoga journey led me to San Marcos, Lake Atitlán, where I completed my training with the Kula Collective in 2023. Rooted in vinyasa flow, somatic movement, and pranayama, my practice is an invitation to move with awareness, curiosity, and compassion.I am deeply inspired by the body’s innate intelligence and its ability to heal when given space, presence, and breath. Through mindful movement and conscious breathing, I guide students toward greater freedom of expression within their bodies—making room for vitality, resilience, and life force to flourish.

Breathwork and embodied practice have been powerful allies in my own journey of navigating and transmuting deep-seated trauma. It is from this lived experience that I share the transformative connection between breath and body, offering practices that support grounding, release, and a gentle return home to oneself.

My intention is to create a safe, soulful container where movement becomes medicine, breath becomes guidance, and each practitioner is empowered to meet themselves exactly where they are.
