Herbalism Workshop with Gifts of Gaia

Join local herbalist Victoria Chesterfield of Gifts of Gaia for a hands-on experience. This is a two-part workshop where participants will learn about the health-promoting properties of a few select herbs while learning hands-on harvesting, processing, and preparation methods. Part 1 will cover plant profiles, harvesting, processing, and preparations. Part 2 will cover straining, packaging, labeling, and dosage. Participants will be able to take home preparations after the 2nd workshop. Bring pen and paper to take notes!
