Closing the Year of the Snake Workshop

As the Year of the Snake draws to a close, please join us at the studio on Thursday evening 12/18* at 5-7pm for a class with Sarah Chouinard, EYT-500.
This class invites you into a contemplation about the impermanent nature of reality and the invitation that winter brings. Plan on a short journaling session, asana, guided śavasana, and meditation. Please bring something to write on/with.
