Julie stumbled in to a yoga class at West Virginia University, and soon thereafter relocated to the New River Gorge in the early 2000’s, Her love of the Mountains and Rivers made it easy to call Fayetteville home. After years of pain from sport related injuries, she embarked on a
RYT 200 in Ashaya yoga with Randy Boyd. It is her desire to help others become more flexible, not only in the body, but the mind, and to cultivate the power in each of us for healing.
