A Gentle, Reflective Yoga PracticeThis all-levels class offers a gentle, alignment-based yoga practice focused on exploring yoga poses, moving with the breath, and pausing for inner focus and reflection. Classes weave together mindful movement and breathwork, and may include poetry, inspiration, and short interactive or reflective moments to explore themes of peace, freedom, self-awareness, and emotional well-being. Expect a supportive, inclusive environment where curiosity, presence, and self-compassion are encouraged.SHORTER Version: A gentle, all-levels yoga class focused on alignment, breath, and inner awareness. Cultivating Presence and Strength blends mindful movement with reflection to support steadiness, calm, and emotional well-being.
Cydney Smith
Cydney Smith is a certified yoga teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience and a dedicated practice dating back to 1989. Most recently, she completed her Chopra Yoga Teacher Training, deepening her study of yoga as a path to whole-person well-being. She is also trained in meditation, Yoga Nidra, and restorative yoga, and her classes invite students to slow down, reconnect with their breath, and restore balance to body and mind. In addition to teaching yoga, Cydney is a well-being and holistic life coach through her business Spirited Nutrition. She brings a compassionate, integrative approach to support students both on and off the mat.
