Each class will be Hatha-Vinyasa-Inspired, with the potential for a fusion of mantra japa, pranayama, kundalini kriya, and gentle somatic movement. We will be working with the breath, alignment-based cues, and meditative-awareness for cultivating strength, balance, and greater freedom within the body.
Victoria began practicing yoga in 2016 as her interest in healing, cultivating inner-peace, and finding greater balance within emerged. In 2019 she completed her first yoga teacher training with School Yoga Institute in the 200-hour Mystical Yoga Training, which explored yogic traditions and shamanic practices to emphasize the essence of yoga as a union between self and Spirit. The practice of yoga has been a pillar in Victoria’s life as she is passionate about living a holistically healthy lifestyle and helping others do the same. Having explored the principles of Bhakti yoga, Kundalini yoga, and Raja yoga; her yoga classes usually weave parts of each together into one flow.
