Like the river, we move with strength and softness — flowing through intentional sequences that build warmth, release tension, and create space within.This class blends mindful energetic movement, steady breathwork, and moments of stillness at the end to leave you feeling balanced and renewed. Expect a supportive environment where you can show up exactly as you are — whether you’re building strength, seeking clarity, or simply carving out time for yourself.We’ll close each session with 10 minutes of immersive sound healing, allowing the nervous system to soften and the body to fully absorb the practice. Crystal bowls and soothing tones will guide you into deep rest, helping you leave feeling grounded, open, and restored.Come flow. Come breathe.
