Join master teachers Randy Boyd, Certified Yoga Therapist (IAYT), E-RYT 500, and Erika Laurenson, E-RYT 500 for a full yoga nature retreat that explores life-affirming Yoga philosophy thru the 5 elements found in nature, earth, water, fire, air, and sky. Asana sessions tailored for all levels, meditation, pranayama, therapeutics, ritual, hiking, and dance.

Come on out to Bridge Brew Works for a fun evening paint & sip painting the colorful New River Gorge Bridge! Choose your colors to create your WV state masterpiece! $35/person includes all materials and step-by-step instructions including paints, apron, easel & a 16×20 inch canvas. This class is beginner friendly and for adults and kids 12+ years and older. Delicious craft beer will be available for purchase. Must be 21+ to purchase and/or consume alcohol. Come out for a fun evening with a paint brush in one hand and tasty beverage in the other! **This is an outdoor event so please dress appropriately for weather. Cancelations less than 24 hours in advance will be given credit towards future event.

The Fayetteville Farmers Market is set up every Saturday from 8am -12:30pm off Wiseman Ave in the Fayette County Courthouse parking lot. Local producers will be set up with a variety of seasonal vegetables, microgreens, breads, jellies, baked goods, meats, eggs, honey, maple syrup, plants, flowers, soaps, candles arts and more.

Join us for some fun, calming, and interactive kids yoga classes!
Each kids yoga class with Katie starts with ‘getting out of our heads and onto our mats’ and a breath/mindfulness exercise. Children are introduced to yoga asanas (poses) in age-appropriate ways including through games and imagination.
It is about having fun while learning about mindfulness, meditation, and yoga. Each class ends in a meditation suitable for littles.

Celebrate the beginning of summertime with live music on the deck of The Lost Paddle. Dr. Bacon is hitting the stage this Memorial Day Weekend for a free show. DR. BACON is a 6 Piece touring Appalachian Funk, Grass and Rock & Roll band. Blending incredibly diverse instrumentation with broad, deep musical influences, allows the band to perform a plethora of widely accessible, danceable music. Show starts at 8pm and music goes until 11pm outside on the covered deck.

50 Years of Whitewater Rafting Celebration at Adventures on the Gorge

Celebrate 50 years of whitewater rafting this Memorial Day Weekend!
Go rafting! Half day trips on the Lower New River are just $99 on both Saturday, May 27th and Sunday, May 28th.
On Sunday, May 28th join us for a cookout to celebrate the kick-off to our 50th year of rafting! And, it wouldn’t be a party without a birthday cake!
We’ll have a tie-dye station happening, plus our food truck, and lots of drink options for everybody.
From 7-10 Red Line will be playing on the Sunset Pavilion.
Paul Breuer, founder of Mountain River Tours, will be hosting a chat to discuss whitewater rafting on the New and Gauley Rivers. Join him at 5:30 on the pavers in front of Chetty’s Pub.
