Ansted Earth Day Celebration
The Ansted Events Committee is thrilled to host the 2024 Earth Day Celebration on April 19th starting at 9 AM to April 20th ending at 4 PM, featuring a range of activities including a Community Clean-up, Dumpster Drop-off, Community Craft/Yard Sale, and Street Eats. Your 3-hour New River Gorge Eco Tour will acquaint you with the history, culture, and ecology of New River Gorge National Park. Depending on the time of year and weather conditions, participants can expect an experience that will highlight New River Gorge features, such as waterfalls, creeks, the new river, rock formations, scenic vistas, flora, fauna, and fungi.
