New River Yoga – Flow State QiGong

Join The Appalachian Healer for a gentle Summer Qigong Series at New River Yoga on Thursday June 25th at 9AM, July 2nd at 9AM, and July 9th at 9AM. This accessible 45-minute practice combines mindful movement, breathwork, and energy cultivation to support nervous system regulation, mobility, strength, stability, stress relief, and overall well-being. Qigong is a practice for all ages, all bodies, and all experience levels—making it especially supportive for seniors looking to maintain balance, coordination, and strength, as well as climbers and outdoor athletes seeking improved body awareness, recovery, flexibility, and joint mobility. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to slow down and connect.
