Our 5-day program will lay down a solid foundation of climbing skills with an emphasis on safety and best practices. Campers age 14-17 will learn to advance their climbing technique and expand their understanding of gear, climbing ethics, advocacy, and teamwork in an outdoor setting at the world renowned New River Gorge.
Saturday June 1, July 6, and August 3 at 10:00 at Stonecliff KIds will have an opportunity to go fishing with a park ranger. Fishing rods and supplies will be provided. For children ages 6 to 15. Meet at Stonecliff (1 mile from Thurmond)
Teen Camp Graduates and experienced climbers ages 17-19 are encouraged to attend our exclusive Climbing Instructor Academy (CIA). Accepted applicants will attend a 5-day training week which prepares them to be Climbing Instructor Assistants.
